Terms of service
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to our telehealth service. By accessing our website and using our telehealth services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
We provide telehealth consultations with Australian-registered doctors specialising in weight management. Based on your health assessment and consultations, our doctors may prescribe treatments, which are then compounded and dispensed by our partner pharmacies. Prescriptions are sent directly to these pharmacies; patients do not receive prescriptions directly.
3. Use of Services
-
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
-
Health Assessment: Accurate and complete information must be provided during your health assessment to ensure appropriate treatment.
-
Consultations: Our telehealth consultations are conducted over the phone, allowing you to speak directly with a qualified doctor from the comfort of your home. Patients must ensure they are available at the scheduled consultation time and in a private, quiet location to discuss their health information.
-
Prescriptions: All prescribed treatments are sent directly to our partner pharmacies for compounding and dispensing. Patients are not permitted to use prescriptions at other pharmacies.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
5. Payment
Payments for consultations and prescribed treatments will be issued via invoice directly after the consultation has been completed. There is no pricing listed on our website, as each treatment plan is tailored to the individual. All invoices must be paid in full before prescriptions are sent to our partner pharmacies for processing and dispensing.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
-
Consultations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
-
Treatments: Due to the personalised nature of compounded medications, refunds are not available once the prescription has been processed by the pharmacy.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage resulting from:
-
Misuse of prescribed treatments.
-
Inaccurate information provided during the health assessment.
-
Technical issues during telehealth consultations.
-
Missed consultation appointments where the patient was unavailable or unresponsive.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Contact Us
